Terms of Participation for the Prize Draw

§ 1 Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is B & T Kurpfalz-Park GmbH & Co. KG, Rotsteig, 67157 Wachenheim (hereinafter "Kurpfalz-Park" or "organiser").
§ 2 Participation and Eligibility
2.1 You take part in the prize draw by completing the visitor survey in full at https://www.kurpfalz-park.de/umfrage and enabling the "Take part in the prize draw" option at the end of the survey.
2.2 Only natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to take part.
2.3 Only one entry per person and per campaign month is permitted. Multiple entries, in particular through different email addresses or identities, will result in exclusion from the prize draw.
2.4 Employees of Kurpfalz-Park and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2.5 Participation is free of charge and not tied to any admission or purchase.
§ 3 Prizes and Draw
3.1 At the beginning of each calendar month, two (2) winners are determined by lot from all valid entries received in the previous month.
3.2 Each winner receives up to five (5) admission tickets for Kurpfalz-Park. The organiser will state the exact number of admission tickets in the winner notification.
3.3 The admission tickets can be redeemed within the current season. An extension of their validity or a transfer to a subsequent season is not possible.
3.4 A cash payout, an exchange or a transfer of the prize to third parties are excluded.
§ 4 Notification and Dispatch
4.1 Winners will be notified within ten (10) working days after the draw by email at the address provided as part of their entry.
4.2 If a winner does not contact the organiser within 14 days after the notification is sent, the prize is forfeited and a replacement draw is carried out.
4.3 The admission tickets are sent by post or by email (digital voucher) to the winner.
§ 5 Exclusion from the Prize Draw
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without stating reasons if there is a breach of these terms of participation, if manipulation is suspected, or if untrue, misleading or incomplete information has been provided.
§ 6 Termination of the Prize Draw
The organiser reserves the right to end, suspend or amend the prize draw at any time without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper operation cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons.
§ 7 Data Protection
7.1 The following personal data is collected and processed for participation in the prize draw: first name, last name and email address.
7.2 Processing takes place solely for the purpose of running the prize draw (draw, winner notification, dispatch of the admission tickets) on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
7.3 Participants' data will be deleted at the latest 90 days after the respective draw, unless statutory retention obligations preclude this.
7.4 Data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
7.5 Participation can be withdrawn at any time by an informal message to info@kurpfalz-park.de. In this case, the data will be deleted without delay and further consideration in the prize draw is no longer possible.
§ 8 Final Provisions
8.1 Recourse to the courts is excluded.
8.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
8.3 Should individual provisions of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
